Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with FolioIPTV. This refund policy applies to subscription plans purchased through our website.

Trial plans

Short trial plans are low-cost tests of the service. Refunds for trials are considered only if the service was unusable due to a fault on our side and you contact us within 48 hours of activation.

Standard plans

If you experience significant technical issues that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, contact us with your order code. Partial or full refunds may be offered at our discretion depending on usage and the nature of the issue.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in account suspension.
